When you can get a refund

A pre-order is free: you can cancel it in your account at any time.

If access did not open through our fault, we refund the full amount.

How to request one

Write to hello@kachkin.pro or use the help form with your order number. The refund is made by the same method as the payment, within [FILL IN: period, check with a lawyer]. After the refund, access to the materials is closed.
