AI NGS interpreter

From raw reads — to a draft report.

We are building a platform that will take sequencing data from raw reads to a draft report: processing and quality control, variant calling and annotation, ACMG/AMP classification with transparent criteria, and a literature search with a reference for every statement.

How it works

Four steps to a draft report

  1. Processing and quality control
  2. Variant calling and annotation
  3. ACMG/AMP classificationWith transparent criteria.
  4. Literature evidenceWith a reference for every statement.

This is a decision support system: the final word always belongs to the lab’s geneticist.

Key points

What matters to a lab

  • Designed for MGI/DNBSEQ and Russian-made sequencers

  • Patient data will stay in the client’s jurisdiction

A cloud in the client’s country or an on-premises installation in the lab.

  • Reports in Russian (English planned)

  • Will take Russian population allele frequencies into account

First use case

Hereditary cancer syndromes

We start with BRCA1/2 and Lynch syndrome. A research-use-only version (RUO) comes first.
